“The DYV is a centre of excellence for digital entrepreneurship and youth skill development. This centre will connect policy, academia, and industry through hands-on training and business incubation, creating an environment in which Ghanaian youth can thrive in the digital economy. The expected completion time for physical construction is September 2025, and the expected time for operationalisation is October 2025…Academic support will come from the University for the various trainings... The DYV will operate through five thematic and specialised hubs, each addressing a critical sector of digital transformation as outlined in the digital economy policy: AgriTech, Health-Tech, Edu-Tech, E-commerce, and FinTech... The DYV is going to be one of our centres of excellence for the One Million Coders Program."
